Today we returned from Wizard World Chicago.
During the convention we stopped by the booths of some friends: Christopher Shy of Studio Ronin, and Tim Seeley of Devil's Due Publishing. I was happily surprised when we came across David Peterson in Artist's Alley. I enjoyed his Mouse Guard: Fall 1152 series, and bought the first three installments of Winter 1152 along with a poster, signed of course. Also in the Alley we came across some fantastic artwork from Imaginism Studios. Later during our browsing we bought a few 30's Pulp cover reproductions.

There was a beautiful new (all digital) theater near the hotel, so we watched Kung Fu Panda, Wanted (I also bought the book at the convention), and Wall-E. The animations were both great, and Wanted - although it deviated from the book quite a bit - was overall a good, watchable movie.
All in all, a very nice weekend.
